We can teach you the fundamentals
and beyond. Our lessons are for a maximum of three
students per instructor and we come to you.

OBSI also offers guide services for surfers
who are new to The Outer Banks. We can put you on
the surf with minimal to no crowds. There are almost
120 miles of beach here with varying tide and
sandbar conditions that affect the size and quality
of the surf.
We have surfed the Outer Banks for 42 years and
are tuned in to where a given swell condition will
be the best.
We monitor local and offshore weather to be ready
for good conditions.
